Aux Merveilleux de Fred

Paris in April 2018 was such a fun trip for us!  We started with 5 nights at Disneyland Paris at the Disneyland Hotel and then spent a week in Paris exploring and enjoying the city.  I think we might have been French in another life.  We all adore French food and loved Paris so much!

One of my favorite treats during that trip were meringues.  They were everywhere!  Giant meringues, tiny meringues, flavored meringues — every kind of meringues…

Anna was obviously impressed too! 😉

But our favorite meringues of our trip were from Aux Merveilleux de Fred.  There are multiple locations in the city, but the one we stopped at was on the walk to our hotel from Notre Dame.

This place was amazing and we were fascinated watching them make the meringue cakes, that were obviously very popular.

I couldn’t decide what to purchase, so we ended up with a sampler box and it was divine!  These are one of those treats that I dream about often and wish that there was an easier (and more economical!) way to get a box of these here unscathed!

The way to my heart is through Aux Merveilleux de Fred!
