Walt’s Restaurant – Disneyland Paris

Spread the love

When we were in Disneyland Paris, I purchased the half-board meal plan for my family.  This included a full breakfast buffet every morning (that we all loved) and one table service meal per day.  It was fun to try a few of the restaurants at Disneyland Paris, and of course, we were comparing to the restaurants at Walt Disney World and Disneyland!

One of my favorite meals that we had at Disneyland Paris was at Walt’s Restaurant. It’s an American-themed restaurant and located upstairs on Main Street U.S.A. It is similar to Club 33 at Disneyland in California, without requiring a Club 33 membership.

The decor at the restaurant reminded me of the Grand Floridian. It is very ornate and there are different rooms within the restaurant with different American themes. The room we were in was Grand Canyon themed and after being there last spring break the trio enjoyed the photos and artwork.

The food was delicious. I had a Caesar salad, gnocchi, and an apple crumble. The trio’s food looked delicious too.  Bo and Clara had steak and fries — they have developed a deep love for steak, so I was glad we had purchased the dining plan!  Anna, of course, had plain noodles — and she basically ate plain noodles or pizza at every meal in France.   I’ve reached the point where I just can’t even argue with her about it anymore…

The All-American cheeseburger looked amazing (ordered by a table near us with patrons from London) but I felt like I shouldn’t order a cheeseburger on my second day in Paris.

The best part about our meal at Walt’s was that I was able to time it perfectly so we could watch the special Pirate and Princess Parade from our table. We were seated right by a window overlooking Main Street and had a spectacular view of the parade. Eating a delicious meal while watching the parade instead of being stuck in a herd of people?
